This Spring 2007 Da Yu Ling oolong was grown between 2300 and 2600 meter above sea level. This classifies the oolong as a high mountain tea and will be one of the best oolong's you have ever tasted. Grown with richer soil nutrient content, this oolong has an extremely fragrant aroma to go along with its rich, smooth taste. This first grade oolong is semi-oxided, hand picked and with high polyphenols and amino acids. Quantity is extremely limited.
