Harvested in the spring season, this Chinese spring tea is known for its young leaf sets and lovely blue-green color. This tea is slightly astringent with a nice nutty flavor. Though this tea might not be suitable for the neophyte tea sipper, once you get over its unique tastes, you will come back for more.
