Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality oolong tea, green tea, white tea, flavored teas and tea infused chocolates and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Rest assured that you can return anything that was purchased from our site, up to 30 days after receipt of purchase, for any reason at all. We want you to be 110% happy with all of the premium tea leaves that you have purchased from us. We are so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that we will even pay the shipping charges for your returns if you are not satisfied with our teas.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@mytealogic.com. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Methods of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or Paypal. At this time we do not accept any personal checks or cashier's check.

Sales Tax Policy:
There are no sales tax on tea but our teawares are subject to Georgia sales tax of 7%.

Shipping:

• Normal Shipping Rates in the Continental United States
• $5 Flat Rate for Ground in the Continental United States
• $15 Flat Rate 2 nd Day Air by 3:00 p.m. in the Continental United States
• $25 Next Day Air by 3:00 p.m. in the Continental United States
• Alaska and Hawaii are subject to higher shipping costs and longer delivery times depending on area.
• Free Ground shipping for orders over $50 to physical addresses only in the Continental United States
• P.O. Boxes are subject to “Normal Shipping Rates” regardless of quantity ordered within the Continental United States.

Shipping Time:
Most orders ship within 24 hours from when your order was placed. Order placed over the weekend will be processed and shipped out the next available business day.
